SM's Ignite aether nor Magic Implosion Working Correctly

Hello ADM's, could u pls check out the SM's skills  Ignite aether & Magic Implosion, because it isn´t work properly since it doesn't dispels elemental scrolls nor buffs and its not dealing the proporcional damage to the debuffed scrolls or skills.

Ignite aether: Removes up to 3 buffs and Spiritmaster debuffs from the target. Inflicts 360 damage for the first buff removed and 360 additional damage per additional buff removed.

Magic Implosion: Removes up to 3 buffs and Spiritmaster debuffs from the target, inflicts 491 damage for the first buff removed and 491 additional damage per additional buff removed. The target also receives 120 damage every 3 secs for 30 secs.
